3-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Berbanto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 3-day window for exchanges and returns on all eligible purchases.

🔄 Free Exchanges & Easy Returns (For Full-Priced Items)
If your order was placed at MRP (non-discounted):

• ✅ Free Exchange – We’ll handle pickup and shipping at no extra cost.
• ✅ Easy Returns – For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

⚠️ Discounted or Sale Items
Products purchased during a sale or promotional discount are:

• ❌ Not eligible for refund under any circumstances
• ✅ Eligible for a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery

For such exchanges:

• Pickup will be arranged by us
• Pickup charge: ₹250
• Forward shipping charge: ₹130
  (Customers are required to bear these costs)

💳 Want to Exchange for a Different Product?
No problem! If the new item costs more, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll issue the balance as a Berbanto gift card.

Please note: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for return or exchange.
